GDVI Singing Bowl Meditation (Sound Bath)

At this class you will be walked through breath work and gentle movements to shake out the jitters before settling down with our blankets, body bolsters and an optional warm lavender towel. Enjoy a deep meditation with the sound of crystal singing bowls and wind chimes to help reach relaxation and deep state of rest.
Following the hour class, all SLAA members will stay for a getting current 12 step meeting. Optional dinner to follow at your own expense. Registration required.
