Meet some goats, meet yourself and meet others. Did you know that spending time in nature is linked to both cognitive benefits and improvements in mood, mental health and emotional well-being?
Attend this 2.5 hour recovery outing. Gina* will be leading us on an experiential gathering working with nature and goats for healing. There will be an opportunity to engage and ask questions around stress management, triggers and boundaries. There will be a 75 minute meeting for the members of S.L.A.A. for sharing our experience, strength and hope together in nature.
*Gina is an Occupational Therapist and not a member of S.L.A.A. She will not attend the meeting afterwards.
Optional Dinner fellowship locally after at a location TBD in Flemington NJ
