We are looking forward to having you participate in our 2024 GDVI In-Person/Hybrid Annual Meeting
Please read this in its entirety to best plan your day due to road closures in downtown Flemington on Saturday. You will NOT be able to park at the Recovery Center.
ROAD CLOSURE AND PARKING INFORMATION:
Due to the Annual Flemington Holiday Parade many of the surrounding downtown roads will be closed. We had not known about this when we booked the date and time of our event. Please accept our apologies in advance for the added stress this may cause you. We have spoken to the Boro Police & Chamber in assisting us as best possible to guide you. Please read all the info and review images. Call Ari 609-580-0398 if you have further difficulties. Please BE PATIENT WITH YOURSELF AND OTHERS in this unexpected major change.
Please park at parking lot entrance 8 Main Street (before 3pm only)see image of parking lot – behind 8 Main Street (offices lot) and walk to 5 E Main Street (Family Success Center/Open Door Recovery Center – See image with walking directions. Entrance is on the backside of the building. Walking up the driveway and coming in through the back porch. Please note this building is from 1870 and is not handicap accessible.
When exiting parking lot BEFORE 7pm you will drive through the back end of the parking lots (several of them) towards Matt’s Red Rooster Restaurant on Bloomfield Ave and make a left (one way street) to Broad Street to leave (officer will let you out) – see image with driving exit
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
12pm We will have pizza, salad and carbonated non-alcoholic beverages. There is a Keurig for coffee and hot chocolate available. Please bring a tumbler for water if you prefer.
1pm Crafting with Lisa and Ari (Bottom, Middle Top Lines, Prayer, Gratitude, Etc)
